Director, Digital Marketing
Alicia Blessing develops and manages marketing and communication initiatives that build awareness of the region’s assets and strengthen the Cleveland Plus brand, with a focus on digital marketing. She has 10 years’ experience in digital marketing and communications.
Prior to joining Team NEO, Alicia worked as an account executive for Brandmuscle, a technology-based marketing agency. While at Brandmuscle, Alicia worked on the DIRECTV account, helping to manage their nation-wide program. Alicia also has experience working for a software startup where she helped lead the company’s marketing initiatives.
Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ohio University. She is involved with the Public Relations Society of America as well as the American Marketing Association. In her free time, Alicia enjoys playing tennis and is an active member of the USTA.
