- Invite an out-of-town friend of family member to join you on a Northeast Ohio vacation weekend this summer. Plan it around one of the many wonderful arts fairs throughout the region. Feed your party guests Ohio goodies: Peterson's nuts, Harry London's Buckeye candles and Humphrey popcorn balls.
- Become a tourist for a weekend. Stay in a local hotel or in an interesting rural area. Look through travel brochures on the rack and pick a new place to visit. Try a locally owned restaurant. Visit a part of our local, regional or state parks you havent seen before. Share photos and stories with friends.
- Contact your local convention and visitors bureau to learn about events, attractions and activities in your area.
- Travel a different route to work or on errands - even if its slightly out of the way. Observe something new and tell friends and family about it.
