Toyin Ogun, D.B.A., is vice president of stores human resources, Sears. His experience includes VP Senior Vice President, Talent and Performance Management, Victoria’s Secret/Limited Brands; Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Capability, Lane Bryant and Charming Shoppes Inc.; Director, Human Resources, Borden Foods; and Director, Human Resources, PepsiCo, with international assignments in South Africa, Slovakia, Russia and Ireland. Ogun was named one of the 100 top executives in Corporate America by Black Professionals magazine, 2005.
