Few metro regions can offer that many easily accessible places to explore nature at its best.

Bring your fishing pole and cast for trout, salmon and bass in the Chagrin, Rocky and Cuyahoga Rivers. Lake Erie also offers some of the best walleye, perch and bass fishing around. Not only that, but it’s a great lake for boating, scuba diving, jet skiing, canoeing and kayaking.

More of a winter-sport person? Take your kids sledding, snowboarding or cross-country or downhill skiing at the Alpine Valley Ski Resort or the Boston Mills/Brandywine Ski Resort.
